Rude and incompetent staff. Went to this shop to return a parcel and joined the queue of other customers doing the same. The guy handling the EVRI till was clearly unable to handle the machines so the man from the main till was having to come and help him. I then got told to hurry up because I was 'wasting his time that he could be serving other customers' even though I was simply following instructions on the machine. Really rude staff, will not be returning if the same man is working behind the counter
