Longwood Parade Post Office

Just find another post office because the old man here is very rude. He shouted at me and I was just asking if the envelope I was carrying is the right one because I didnt know. I would give 0 stars if I could. Worsttttttttt post office in London!!!!!

Absolutely worst Post Office i visited in London in 15 years. Manager Raj is extremely rude and shouting at me every time I come. I have a shop on-line and every few weeks I come with about 10 parcels to send. He tells me off every time with a lot of attitude for bringing so many parcels. He says that he needs to type all details in because its internal and get angry at me every time because of this. Today this happened again and my Anxiety kicked in and I had to leave the shop. His shop worker colleague was smirking under his nose, entertained with me being upset as asking why Raj was so rude to me every time. Its bullying and should be investigated.

Worst customer service. The old man doesnt know anything. It was mentioned on my documents that write expiration date but he was arguing that it should be issuance date. When I showed him the official document from the government site he said I cant do it. Worst experience
