        I first came to Dawn in the hope of changing my lifestyle approach; due to disc-back problems and now have been attending Pilates with Dawn for 10 months and have already strengthened my body enough to rule out unwanted corrective surgery. Dawn has amazing knowledge of Pilates and people and understands thier specific needs. *I very rarely endorse or recommend people; but Dawn is the exception and I highly recommend her.

        Dawn is a welcoming, friendly and amazing Classical Pilates teacher, shes very intuitive with what my body needs. Ive been taught by Dawn for five years and love my lessons in the Garden Studio!

        Amazing Local Studio! I frequent her studio at least twice a week and I love seeing the amazing changes to my body. What is special about the owner is that she is able to read your body so well and then knows exactly what exercises are more beneficial for your body.

        I wanted smaller classes and really enjoy my group mat classes. Dawn is an exceptional teacher. I look forward to my sessions and would absolutely recommend joining her studio. I would give 6 stars if it were possible!!!
