A minor issue occurred that wasn't covered by warrant less than 2 weeks after purchasing my car, after talking to Prime Carz Dealer's they were very accommodating helping me with this and were able to sort straight away for me. A great service!

Absolutely incredible! I will 100% use this company every time. I wanted a specific car but the dealership was nearly 2 hours away - so they drove to me and part exchanged my car with me here instead. Quick, efficient, simple and easy. Extremely professional and did thorough checks with me on both cars, let me test drive the car and made sure everything was perfect and happy during that time. They even did an MOT on the car in advance even though it wasnt due so I wouldnt have to take it for an early MOT. They honestly went above and beyond and I couldnt be more thrilled. 100% will recommend every single time and will use them again in the future! Thankyou so much.
