        Cranbrook Surgery service is very bad, please don't add anyone new to this surgery, I have been calling for GP appointments for 4 days, so far no appointments have been received, today I am calling again for appointments, my call number was 7, after 45 minutes I picked up the call. They say all the appointments are booked, how can a patient stay for so long.

        The worst GP Ever, Ive been calling them three days in a row at 8am. The first thing they say is that there are no appointment available for today. Its funny when they say that at 8:15am.

        Never insync with PCT, never contact or follow-up with patients when advised by the PCT or Private Health Insurance Doctors. Just have you on the list to bill NHS and never add value to your health. Feels like corporate fraud.
