I dont know where to start. The worst surgery i have experienced. From ridiculous wait times on the phone i presume they have a pet answering calls. I finally get hold of an appointment and was told a time and was called 3 hours late. Kept getting told my referral information will be sorted but was constantly getting bounced around between the Gp and nurses. I got told to come and pick up my letters to see that it still wasnt ready. Honestly I dont know how this GP is running with this lack of discipline. I cant even get a simple letter picked up without 7 days of stress. Honestly dont know how this GP is running still. Will never recommend this centre to anyone.

Terrible surgery! Call every morning in attempt to get an appointment however the phones always hangs up saying the queue is full even when calling at opening times. The receptionists take over an hour to pick up the phone and when they do decide to finally answer they just repeat themselves with no solutions being offered. If I could I would give 0 stars, I would! Would not recommend this GP at all.

Their receptionists are useless. To book an appointment you have to wait 1 to 2 hours on the queue

Worst gp ever, they've gone so down hill from previous years, impossible to get an appointment with the doctor, horrible wait time on the phone if u want to book an appointment. When u get an appointment with a doctor it's a race against time, and God forbid u bring up more than one concern, they'll tell u oh no time for that book another appointment that will take 2 or 3 weeks. And all they do in the end is just throw bandaids over any health concerns. Very negligent practice.
