I booked an appointment because of recurring gum ulcer and gum recession. Dr. Alex was very kind and thoroughly explained everything in a way that's easy to understand. He doesn't rush the time, and really spends time with you to make sure everything's clear. Also, he'd only recommend treatments if it will actually benefit you, and not to just make money which I value very highly because that's hard to find. I can confidently recommend anyone who has gum issues to go see him.

My experience with Alex was fantastic. He explains everything to you clearly and gives you the opportunity to always ask questions. His care and due diligence is great and although I had wisdom teeth extraction, Alex made this painless and made sure the after care was also top notch. Following my treatments with Alex, my gums have returned to the right health levels.

DISAPPOINTING: I always thought dentists in this area were professional and polite and I was hoping for a great experience but Dr. canceled my appointment at the last moment. The reason he gave was the trains were delayed and having construction and attempted to tell me it was my fault because he had no way to get to the office and I only confirmed this appointment 3 times since making it. How many times do I need to confirm??? I traveled very far for this appointment and he did not seem to have much empathy for my inconvenience nor my efforts to select him for this appointment. He did not even offer a reschedule and suggested a variety of random reasons why he was valid in disregarding this appointment that was made several weeks in advance. It was quite weird and borderline aggressive. Once I began to cite numerous previous rude interactions, I was gaslit into believing that I should only go to local specialists and he clearly had no empathy for my inconvenience. All extremely disappointing and I was treated like filth. I was treated very poorly. But I still think he a great dentist/specialist.
