        No longer allowed to book appointments because I have missed too many even though it makes sense to contact the patient prior to booking them and the fact my contact details were changed and I wasnt contacted via other contact options. Been with this practice for many many years and this is how theyve decided to go about things.

        Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff! The whole process from calling up to being seen was very quick and efficient. I was in pain for the last 3 days and today I finally called the practice and the lovely receptionist did her best to fit me in as soon as she could, which I much appreciate. Thank you so much!

        I was left in more pain then before and I felt the dentist was rude and unwelcoming. Does not care much for NHS patients and does not care in general

        1 hour waiting time because we attended 10 minutes late. Previously attended on time, still had to wait up to an hour. Poor management, impolite staff.
