I went today for a very minor filling. Ms Shah gave me two injection although very painfully. After this she said to me go n wait outside for 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes she called me in and started filling. I asked her if I could rinse my mouth since I wasn't feeling well cos my left side was that badly that even my hand was shaking. I rinsed and some water came out of my mouth since my lips were dead. She litterly shouted at me saying lady lady what are you doing.which I found very very rude and you never expect this kind of behaviour from your doctor. I appoligised for that and cleaned it with my tissue and there was not even a spoon full water on the floor. Then she said hurry up I got other things to do. At this stage I did not feel safe at all and I got up saying sorry I don't want you to treat me. To all in local areas please be very careful when your sisters,daughters or wives go to this surgery make sure they don't get the treatment from ms.shah. I have had good experience from this surgery in the past. I also request the higher authorities to look at the mental condition of ms.shah to make sure she is fit to treat the patients and fit to work in public department. Thank you Regards.
