        Absolutely awful experience. I went to the shop and was told I have to pay more for my treatment although I paid through Treatwell. Then I was told that the beautician has left the site and will be back in a hour even though I had an appointment booked!! Really unprofessional. Never going back!

        Second time I came here, I had a booking for 11, got there at 10:30 and was told the owner wouldn't be available then. Mind, the place was COMPLETELY void of staff minus one girl who looked like she had no clue what she was doing. The girl there proceeded to call the owner (after i told her i had a booking for 11) who said she would be able to come at 1 and acted as if the owner was doing me a huge favour by coming in at that time... my booking was for 2 hours before then. Why take bookings if you can't be there. Ridiculous
