I would have given no star rating if available. Very unprofessional, no management and no idea on construction. They will persuade you into thinking they will make your construction hassle free and will manage every step of the way without you worrying but believe me it's the opposite. They will take your money and you will be left with a nightmare which will haunt you. The two directors can't even agree with each other on the construction plans which leaves your home looking like a deserted construction site for weeks. BE VERY AWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have already mentioned their business practice to Redbridge Council.

Public warning these guys should be on rogue traders! Neither of the directors are qualified Architects or builders Vikrant claims to be a qualified surveyor but please ask to see his certification. They know the game and will get basic planning passed, but struggle with building control requirements. They are passing themselves off as a plan design and build company with their main aim being to get your building contract. This is where the smooth talking Vikrant will tell you he will get your job done quickly and relatively cheaply and ask you for a big deposit up front. However the reality is they only have a small workforce of unskilled labourers some who can't speak any English . The professional looking time schedule he produces will not be worth the paper it's printed on as they will not follow the time frame for instance on our 18 month job they had not completed stage 1 in 13 months and had to be sacked therefore we lost most of our deposit ( around 20k). They are also currently nearly a year behind on another job on Ilford Lane. We have also been approached by two of their ex suppliers and 1 of their workers who they haven't paid. We can only assume that there are more horror stories we haven't heard about yet. I am sure they will come up a convenient cover story about this review but if you want to delve deeper and do your own due diligence I can put you in touch with several independent witnesses including the architect whose office they took over, a structural engineer, a newham building control officer, a few of their ex suppliers and workers and a couple of other people who had instructed them and then lost out. I have also added some photos of their work. Please be careful and don't give them any money upfront.
