Had full window and door installation in December 2021. Windows have been fine but from day 1 the front door has not been fitted properly. Having been told we needed a new frame following several visits to correct the consistant dropping of the door, and one by Nathan Wade who advised actually there was nothing wrong with it so this wasnt authorised. One more adjustment was received but have now given up the ghost of the door fitting properly. It let's in cold air, visibly can see it doesn't fit, have to slam it if you want it to shut and now very much doubt it meets building regulations from what we've been advised. We wanted to give a local company our business but have regretted it ever since. Am now in the process of having to start again with a new company at full cost to ourselves following the abismal service received at Wade Windows. If you want a door that is functional and fits based on our service, we would not recommend Wade Windows at Barham Service: General door installation

We ordered new windows in January 2022 and a new composite back door. I'll start with a negative there wasn't much communication once the order was placed I had to keep chasing for an installation date / an update which kept being pushed back. I wouldn't have minded if I was updated I never had 1 single update. (I was told I had a letter sent but it was never received) However once we finally got an exact date in October 2022 I then couldn't fault anything. The fitters were professional, polite and hard working a credit to your company and the quality is amazing overall i am very happy with the price and result of the installation.
