Outstanding service and high quality product. A belated review, but have to comment on how fantastic Ross has been in the design and production of an oak pergola. At the start of 2020 I started to discuss with Ross my requirements for an oak pergola that was to be attached to our barn, and was therefore more bespoke. Ross invested significant time discussing the project with me at the start to ensure that I was 100% happy with the final design. Throughout my one-man installation, Ross was on hand via phone to answer any queries, although the pergola was labelled well allowing easy installation, so it couldn't have been any easier. The timbers used are of great quality and very reasonably priced. Overall very happy with the product itself, which is now starting to age well. Would highly recommend EOD and my sincere thanks.
