        I have found my experience of reflexology so relaxing and enjoyable. Arlene worked on areas specific to my needs and within a few sessions I felt the benefits, which have continued to increase. Arlene provides a tailor made service to suit your needs and her passion and expertise are evident. I had not experienced reflexology prior to this, and now wonder why I took so long to try it out!

        I suffered with Tennis elbow for 12 months and tried physiotherapy and heat treatment but there was no noticeable improvement. After regular reflexology treatments with Arlene and doing the yoga exercises she provided I was pain free. 9 months later I am still pain free which is amazing. Highly recommend Arlene
