Avoid at all costs! Ordered two electric blankets the match one we already had of the exact same model. When they arrived it was obvious that something was wrong; left for hours at the max setting there was barely any heat coming off of it. And the heat that was there was incredibly patchy. Comparing these blankets to the one we already owned was night and day. The old one heated up quickly and at the max temperature was absolutely roasting. We boxed the blankets back up and shipped them back to Healthcare Pro at our own expense. Tracking info says the package arrived at the returns warehouse. We hear nothing. I email them about it and a few days later get a reply "we'll check with the warehouse". We hear nothing. A week later I email again and finally the next day I get a phone call. They claimed they found nothing wrong with the items (of course they did) and would have to send them back to us. No care for the Right to Cancel the laws put in place to protect consumers. Unacceptable.

Appalling service and unresponsive. I've been unable to get through to local office and left hanging for more than 1:30 hours on the phone already. Rang Head office and just got cut off and then saying we are busy. I have a vulnerable family member that needs urgent support and no recourse to get hold of them. This is ludicrous!!!

I bought a chair to fit in a wet room but i couldntnthe screws in. I rang them yesterday at 12.03 and asked guidance from them. The lady who answeres took all my details and said the team will me in 3 hours or so. 24 hours later: NO CALL! I would not recommend anyone to buy anything off them. Their products are for people in need so if a company cannot look after us then we should not waste our money on them. I am really disappointed.
