Your address was displayed on an Amazon return page without it being obvious that this wasn't a viable place to return the product. I keep trying to get through to warehouse operations via phone and it immediately hangs up every time. What on earth is the point of even having a line for this if you never answer it? I need my package sent back to me so I can send it to the proper address. As far as I know, it's just sitting at your warehouse doing nothing and the seller told me I have to deal with this with you first. Bloody nightmare.

Have tried to contact this firm on several occasions, without success to find out what sort of trading relationship they have with renogy. They appear to store and ship out goods on behalf of renogy, but this is not transparent. Goods are dispatched without a vat invoice, even though taxes have been charged and allegedly paid. I have instructed HMRC to investigate possible fraudulent operations. I personally am owed a considerable amount of money by renogy/ winit UK ltd, who are refusing to refund me, my next course of action will be to visit these premises in person, and find out exactly what is going on there
