Only positive I can say is that it's relaxed compared to other companies nearby. However management have poor communication with staff, most don't even speak English at all which is why the mainly get the long haired fella to pass on instructions to the workers because the management struggle to do that on their own. Because communication is poor most workers end up doing the work incorrectly so the long haired fella has to repeat it clearer to the workers. Be prepared to be spoken to in broken English, you're ignored most of the time when you have a query regarding your work. I was let go after I called in sick for 4 days. I had a really bad flu and they still didn't care. They didn't give me a clear reason to why they were letting me go. I've heard they have a habit of letting people go randomly. So beware of that when applying for work here.
