Recently went to a prestigious Ball, entertainment and catering provided by ALS. We were beyond disgusted and disappointed. Stands provided were of incredibly poor quality and mostly unmanned. Staff were scruffy and unprofessional. The event started with cardboard boxes etc cluttered all over the venue. Drinks were supposed to be via vouchers but there were not enough provided. 380 for 4 tickets got you a very small portion (child size) of fish and chips (after a 60 min queue!) and one gin and tonic (warm with Tesco tonic water) each. Themed rooms were very poorly decorated. The real ale bar had one barrel of what tasted like off stout. I could go on the list of failures and let downs is endless. Please dont waste your money with them!! Called and messaged in response to ALS reply never got hold of anyone able to assist. Nobody returned my calls or messages.

This was our first experience of using the ALS Group and it most definitely won't be the last! The team who attended our event were polite, professional and incredibly efficient. I wouldn't hesitate in using ALS again and have even begun talks with them for our 2023 events!

I used the ALS Group recently to cater for a family members birthday party; decided on the hog roast with chocolate cake and cheesecake for desert (all tasted delicious and looked appetising.) The 2 members of staff who served was on time, polite and Everyone who attended loved it! I will be 100% booking with the ALS Group again :)
