My father that has had two strokes was looking to relocate around the corner from me to be near his grandchildren and retire. However chestnut homes have pulled out in the sale. Now with all of this COVID-19 everything has taken a bit longer which is no fault of anyones. Yet chestnut homes seem to think everything should be happening a lot quicker. Do they not realise things are not back to normal and they need to realise this. They have now split a family from living near each other. Terrible service and people with no morale fibre. If they had waited a week contracts would have been exchanged. Untrustworthy company.

Totally unprofessional!! harassing costumers and being impatient when due to Covid it got delays so not their fault. With only like a week until completion they pull out of the contact put house back you for sale before even informing the buyer and returning the deposit. This is a total outrageous to do this to people one with ill health that was looking for fresh start to retire.
