Once in a Lifetime Holidays

Joan has gone above and beyond since we originally booked our trip with Once In A Lifetime Holidays. Covid hit after we booked, and so she changed our holiday from last year to this without any issue. As travel this year is still up in the air, she has once more managed to save our deposit and allow us the option to rebook for next year. She has been helpful and professional throughout, always available to discuss options, and we're so thankful we opted to book through her rather than independently - she even managed to find our holiday cheaper than we could online! I would have no hesitation in recommending Joan and Once In A Lifetime Holidays, and will continue to use them in future.

With a 3 leg holiday to the Far East, Joan tailored our brief perfectly and every hotel was incredible. Each city, resort, hotel and the location of each was faultless. With four flights over the duration and six private transfers, never once were we let down. We cant thank you enough for everything you did from start to finish absolutely first class service on every count.
