Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Bar Hill

I would have given them four stars but today my wife took my daughter to get her new glasses fitted and they had not arrived. This is despite being told they had arrived in a phone call beforehand. It was a complete waste of time and fuel. This should be bread and butter for them and clearly they dont know what they are doing. The phrase Should have gone to Specsavers springs to mind!

I had my eye test this evening at this branch of Vision Express and had to write a review. I saw Marie first who did the glaucoma test and she was lovely. I then saw Sajni for the actual test. She was brilliant. She was very thorough and answered all the questions I had. It turned out that I needed two pairs which was fine but then came the tricky task of choosing frames. This is the kind of thing Im hopeless at and need all the help I can get. Id been the last appointment of the day so I thought Id have a quick look then choose another day when I had more time and I didnt want to hold up the staff from going home. Marie was there and another lady called Alison. They were just fantastic. They told me to take my time and nothing was too much trouble. They helped me pick frames that I felt completely comfortable with and I was really pleased. Then came the worst part,paying for them,but I couldnt believe how low the cost was. I was genuinely shocked. As it had been so reasonable I got some sunglasses too. I cant recommend this branch highly enough. Excellent staff and service. Thank you so much
