Manager refused to change tyres because the new ones to be fitted were different to the size currently fitted.
Wasted entire morning on a journey and waiting for a return call from customer services (which never came) to resolve the matter.
2.5hrs later I had to leave the tyres and drive away without any guidance on what would happen next.

I am not satisfied with the wheel alignment. The car is moving to the right, I will have to go to another garage to fix it.
Also I asked them my old tyres because I wanted to save them as spare. They were not be found, even though they were replaced 10 minutes before.
