Unfortunately we have been lumbered with IJC as they have done the plumbing in our new build. The office team are less than useless and on numerous occasions have forgotten they booked us or or tactically called us at 5 to 5 the night before to cancel for the next day. Would not recommend this company at all. The only positive I can say is when the office team actually get the diary correct, Ian the plumber is brilliant. Its a shame hes let down by such a sham in the office.

Moved into a new build where IJC did the plumbing. We had problems from loose radiators, leaking radiators, radiators fitted so valves were sticking out off the corner of the wall so you walked into it all the time or couldnt open doors fully, we have pipework not fitted far enough back into the studs so its forcing its way out of walls (there solution was to silicone it in but its still forced its way out), isolators on toilets inaccessible because theyve been fitted on the wrong side of the toilet, clanging pipes in the walls where they havent been secured, pipework fitted so you lose use of cupboards, drains put in by mistake and not capped correctly emitting foul smells and dangerous microorganisms/mould under kitchen units and finally the biggest issues weve had is a leak in our en-suite where the pipework for the toilet has not been installed correctly as well as bungs in the cistern not sealed. This resulted in a leak into our kitchen ceiling ever since the water to the property has been turned on and an even bigger leak when the toilet was flushed. The first time they came round they said it wasnt their pipe. The second time they said start using the en-suite shower (we use the main bathroom so rarely go in here), the third time they said start flushing the toilet. A month later pooled water under the toilet flooded the ceiling and we tried to get an emergency call out. I gave them a call but they chose to rang my OH at work who didnt have his phone on him at the time. Rather than ringing him back, or ringing me who had originally called, when they couldnt get through they sent him an email saying best of luck were off home and give us a call in the morning. All the while I was waiting for 4hrs for a call back until my OH got back home from work and checked his phone and email. At that point we refused to have them back. Our builder asked us to give them one last chance and my OH took some emergency time off from work and they didnt show up. Got another plumber in the end who has now fixed the leak temporarily but was horrified by the quality of their work which all needs to be looked at and re-done. Not only that weve had to have the kitchen removed along with the drywall across the entire wall because of the damage this caused. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I wish I could put zero stars. I am still waiting for their call to arrange a quote visit. I called, sent emails and went to the store. They are completely disinterested in small domestic jobs, even knowing that thanks to that they were able to make themselves known.
