My personal radio locked itself on to some sort of up date process and nothing I could do, or find out from the operating instructions, helped. An email to the Majority help centre got a solution emailed back within 12 hours... problem solved .... great service

Great products at great prices. I had an issue with my soundbar and bass speaker set after 16 months and the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and very reactive. The outcome was far better than I expected it to be and certainly more than lived up to their 3 year warranty. Very pleased with them and I am sure we will do business again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Purchased a pair of Tru ANC earbuds as a gift for a family member. Unfortunately, when used by the recipient there were issues with the sound quality, crackling noises when moving about, whistling feedback at times and fuzzy sound quality when ANC switched on. The matter was reported to Majority and their response couldn't have been better! The response to my initial email was very prompt and the reply included a few suggestions to help resolve the issues. Further email received the following day to see if problem was resolved. I replied not and shortly afterwards was advised that a replacement pair had been despatched via Amazon. The replacement pair of Tru ANC earbuds were received a couple of days later and worked perfectly! I have other Majority products that work really well and have now found that customer service response is quick, polite and efficient. Majority products are good quality, competitively priced and I would not hesitate to buy other Majority products from them when needed.

Brilliant customer care after sale on email. Polite and quick to resolve querie. Seller even thanked me after problem was resolved. The radio I bought is perfect for me and looks splendid.
