We just had our cat cremated at Pet Angels, where the service was professional and transparent. Helen is very kind, offering emotional support and making sure each clients individual needs are fully met. She really cares about you and your animal. At first we were hesitant about going to somewhere small and independent, but we are so glad we did. It is warmer, friendlier and more personable than the vets (which we went to first before changing our minds when they said they would put our cat in cold storage for 4 days). The price is about the same. We are grateful for this service and highly recommend it.

My wife and I unfortunately lost the love of our lives last week after 14 1/2 years of unadulterated affection from Gracie our dog and family member. Helen helped with being compassionate and fully understanding of our situation, we would fully recommend anyone using Helen for any pet that requires a dignified cremation. Thank you Helen for your help and understanding of our requirements for Gracie.

Absolutely out standing service . Helen was amazing all the way through from before meeting when I was a blubbering mess to the collection of my boy. She is very professional but also very easy to talk to and very rushed you out the door. She even offered help after of I needed anything . Exceptional services. I love that it just a 1 man(lady) band so you know who's handling your beloved pet . Thanks you

Thank you to Helen for looking after Evie our cat who passed away aged 17 in her sleep. wonderful service and communications throughout. Wasn't expecting Evie's paw print that Helen took, that was a lovely surprise that got a few tears when Evie returned home. Thank you. 2022- November. Helen again looked after our Harley who passed suddenly at the age of 11, our beautiful GSD was treated with respect and love by Helen, and was returned to us in his vase and scatter tube with paw prints and some of his hair. I highly recommend using Helen and this service to look after your pets.
