Made steps too deep for an ageing lady into the garden, without consulting her. No consultation with the client on site, no plans drawn up, didn't deliver what was asked for, wonky posts, and different thicknesses of wood. Left screws sticking out of composite decking, a trip hazard. Despite arguing the case the work was terrible and a LOT of money, it wasn't until a family member stepped in they offered to removed the whole decking boards and leave the back of the house unaccesible, but them came back and said they would offer a partial refund RATHER than fix was was easily fixable. Awful!!
