I cannot thank these ladies enough for the 5* service and beautiful handmade gifts I received for my family members who needed an uplift during Lockdown. Engaging on such a personal level from the offset, they really did get a full understanding of the needs of my family members and with heart felt attention to detail and design, they created the most striking black and white family photo clock with a personalised message reading on the clock face (for my aunty in Australia) and a beautiful sentimental colour photo cushion accompanied with a loving message (for my Nan, who has spent lockdown in a nursing home). Needless to say both gifts resulted in overwhelming emotion and tears of joy. Gem and Tess at RivaGifts really did go that extra mile and I definitely felt like a valued customer if not a friend by the end the service. I will definitely be returning for more gifts and design advice!

I am, so very pleased with my purchase from Riva gifts. I ordered a custom design VW Campervan tea towel to go into my Campervan. The process from start to finish was really easy and I now have a lovely personalised product from them. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
