Very family friendly. Even when wet there was plenty to see and plenty indoors. They have two indoor play areas so keeps young entertained. Plenty of toilet facilities as well and places to wash hands. I would make it a definate stop off of you're near Bristol, Weston-super-Mare or Cheddar.

One of the worst places ever been. Do not understand how has a good star rating, and feel like the reviews that say this place is good, are made up.. When you look it up online it looks really good.. however alot of the stuff they advertise they have there is not actually there. Horse riding, after paid had to go and ask someone about it as couldn't find any details about it. Was told they havent had the horse for 2yrs!!! I questioned why it is still on the website. I was quickly told by the lady we paid to get in that she just works there as a staff member and is nothing to do with the actual farm or the park. We were done around the whole place in less than 30min. The stables that online claim to have ponies, in fact had goats.. When we had paid and wrr going into the park, I asked about buying some animal feed as it says online you can hand feed the animals..was told they no longer do this as they animals have started biting. YET as we are walking around the goats area the farmer comes along and hands my child and my friends child a slice of bread each and asked them if they want to feed the goats. They said yes please, but then as went to feed them panicked a little and got a bit shy about it. The farmer then felt it OK to snap and yell at them for deliberately teasing his goats (his words), he was quite nasty...my friend spoke up to him about this and he just stomped off. The chickens that are free roaming are violent and chasing the kids, food choices appalling and play equipment dangerous/broken. This place should not be open for public. The farmer and his wife have clearly not got the patience to bother with the public, especially children. Better of going to your local park for free than going here! As we were done in 30min and the kids we getting bored, we decided to leave. My friend told the lady who served us we were going and had not enjoyed ourselves at all. The woman instantly asked if we want out money back....which for us said alot! And oddly she just gave us cash out fi the till instead or refunding the card used, which we found strange. We wondered if maybe she just wanted us gone quickly so that others didn't hear us as the car park was starting to get busy. We went to Weston beach instead and the kids did the horses and donkey rides, and in honestly these animals were in much better condition and the people more friendly and welcoming with the children.
