I have been visiting Banstead Village Vets for 15 years. Andy has been our vet for all of those yearly check up appointments and boosters for our cat. She has had two leg operations, an eye operation and teeth removed. All went very well, from the first phone call to the aftercare. I am so glad all those years ago I found this practice. Every one is so kind and caring towards you and your pet, they really show that they understand the worry you are going through. Your pet is part of your family and a big part of your life, so being able to leave them with people who you trust, is very important. I am very grateful to everyone there, for all the care my cat has received over many years. Thank you all. Julieanna.

We have been with BVV since we got our dog three years ago, luckily up until now we haven't needed to call on them very much. However, recently our dog became extremely unwell and was deteriorating quickly, the staff seemed genuinely concerned and fitted our appointments in right away. They done numerous tests and were thorough and thanks to their quick actions, we got a quick diagnosis and our girl is now on the mend. The staff were helpful throughout and they couldn't have done more for our dog when she was in need. I have no doubt if they were more dismissive or not as concerned it may have been a different outcome for our dog. Thanks very much, would recommend this vet to anybody.
