Waitrose & Partners Banstead

Waitrose Banstead has both its pros and cons. On one hand, the store has a great stock of high-quality groceries and fresh produce. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is always clean and well-organized. I also appreciate the store's efforts to reduce waste and promote sustainability, with a focus on recycling and reducing plastic waste. On the other hand, I do find that some prices at Waitrose can be higher than at other supermarkets, which can be frustrating when trying to stick to a budget. Additionally, I've found that the store's random checks for scanning items during checkout can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when there are long lines.

Have to thank the gentleman on the fish counter today as he was so patient with my Mother. He couldn't have been more accommodating. He was very gentle with her as she is easily confused. He treated her with respect and I wanted to let him know how grateful I am.
