Our waitress went home after taking our order so after a 45 mins wait someone realised our food had been sat on the side waiting and gave it to us stone cold, we sent the cold pizza back and a few mins later was told it was being remade, 5 mins after that someone else tells us theyve ran out of goats cheese now so I need to order something else, therefore waiting another ten minutes for them to make that. No discount was offered for the mess up, no gesture of good will free drink or anything like that. Certainly wont go back again it was just a shambles.

I came this evening with two friends and we had a lovely evening. The food was lovely, the service was great. I had garlic bread with balsamic cheese, which was lovely. Then i had the pasta truffles carbonara which was very tasty. Our waiter was a young mixed race guy who was very attentive, patient and customer focused. He was so nice we tipped him well! Sadly towards the end of the night there was a terrible smell of sewage, and the toilets whilst they looked clean according to my friend, the smell wafting into the restaurant was awful. We left soon afterwards. Please sort this out as it was awful.
