I took my family here for the first time yesterday evening. I'd wanted to try it for some time and after seeing the reviews had great expectations. I think it must have just been one of those nights for them, maybe their usual chef wasn't in. We won't be going again. My daughter's meal wasn't what she ordered but they acknowledged that and prepared it again for her. But the replacement chicken burger seemed to have chilli on it (too spicy for my 13 yr old) which again we mentioned but we were told all the chicken burgers are prepared in the same way. Well, that can't be right. So, not wanting to make a scene, she said she'd try to eat it but actually didn't. My burger and sweet potato fries were cold, so the fries had gone soggy too, I left them (but I didn't want to ruin the evening even more so didn't complain, maybe I should've). My other daughter's club Sandwich was so saturated in their "Special Sauce" she couldn't eat most of it. We thought it was meant to be like this so didn't complain, however I did mention it to them before we left. We later looked at photos here and hers looked nothing like them. So 75 out of pocket, we left disappointed and shan't go back :-( UPDATE - APRIL 2023 - I EMAILED THE OWNER AS REQUESTED HERE BUT HAVE NEVER HEARD A PEEP FROM THEM)
