Showed up hours late, and then left hazardous waste in the alley outside our house. Despite telling us theyd get someone to sort asap, they did not. We had to say we would report the situation to the council, then someone actually came to take the waste away. They then proceeded to bill us the full amount as though nothing had happened Service: Drain cleaning
