Banstead Opticians

I needed to change my sunglasses nose pads, I tried a few opticians in Banstead and they were all couldnt do it and I was very disappointed with Boots as the staff were very rude! However this place , he (sorry I completely forgot to ask for your name)was very helpful, he already had a customer but he quickly changed my sunglasses pads without charging me :-D thank you so much I just wanted to write here and mention my appreciation.

The practice manger ,she was very helpful from advising booking the appointment to frame selection. Very impressed with Mr Maini eye examination, very through and was explained well

I also have been a long time customer, unfortunately customer service currently very low. I had paid for contact lenses monthly on a direct debit, continually throughout the pandemic, without ever receiving any nor any contact. I repeatedly called the Banstead branch, no answer, no answer phone, no email address on website. Eventually I cancelled my direct debit and emailed the supplier, who managed to get in touch with the branch and they called me. The practice manager did arrange a refund of 3 months (at my request) and order me 3 months of lenses, all of which I had paid for. I was offered a complementary pair of lenses that have never materialized. I have also realised I should have taken contact lense solution, which again I have paid for but not as yet received. Thought I'd leave a message first thing this morning, the phone is obviously redirected to someone's mobile, as a rather drowsy woman answered complaining about the time. That is the reason businesses have answer phones!!! Needless to say,100% lost my custom. I always support the local business, but I can't support this one.
