        Avoid this Parkside Nursing Home, Banstead at all costs. The building is decrepid and the gardens are filthy. The owners purely run the home (and Bridge House Care Centre in Wallington) for profit. Residents are left in bed all day and are not showered or bathed as the facilities have been broken for at least 15 months. The care reporting for residents is non-existent as the staff are unable to write in English. The home continue to fail CQC standards and it can only be a matter of time until it is closed for good.

        Shocking care home owned by a bully. All Indian staff and not able to communicate. Needs to be closed down as it is a health hazard. CQC very concerned about all aspects of the home.

        Amazing Care Home, I cant praise these staff enough, my poor mother was at end of life, and they cared for her 100%, Dave and all the staff are brilliant, I moved my mum from one home in Sutton to this home, they are all so lovely and caring Thank you so much for making my mum so comfortable.
