I wanted ash and was advised that this was a process. I first had balliage and went back for second treatment expecting it to be much lighter. I had grown my hair through lockdown. I was appalled at the colour- lots of ginger. The manager wasnt there that day and they were short staffed as one of the members of staff had called in sick with morning sickness. My stylist was running 25 minutes late. I voiced that I was very unhappy. A very loud member of staff whilst calling me Lovey aired my views and concerns to the entire salon including other customers and said they werent in the business of ruining hair. I paid my 175 and left. The manager emailed me to go back to rectify it but it has taken me 7 months to get my hair back to not feeling like straw. The process of my nice long hair being ruined cost me 350 and two salon visits. I would never go back. Extremely distressing experience. I had previously been a customer for 3 years. Millie was always amazing but she sadly left the salon a few years ago. I just wanted to edit this review to add that my hair after a year only now is starting to feel anything like hair after lots of treatments and the 89 paid was a balance on the day for a package Id paid for upfront. Nowhere would anyone get a baliage and cut and finish treatment for 89 Services: Hair straightening, Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Hair highlighting

Had an appointment booked in for highlights at 1200 on 22nd November, and was phoned the night before to cancel my appt as there was no record of patch test (I had this earlier in the year). Really unacceptable to leave it so last minute to check and cancel on a customer, or make a note of the original patch test earlier in the year. No contact since to try and resolve the bad experience.
