Kingsman Propertys management is a joke. Takes ages to get maintenance done, in the middle of winter there was no proper heating for a whole month! I had to buy a mini radiator so that I can go to sleep. Also they didnt manage my deposit well and dont want to pay me back. They didnt even reply to my letter before Small Claims Court claim. Unacceptable!

This management was terrible. 1 month to get maintenance done and hot water fixed. Took ages to answer emails, and finally, tried to take 45 from my deposit for no reason. Unbelievable.

Shambles. Utter disgrace! Rude, unhelpful, have apparently not been paying the owner of the house and all of our deposits have disappeared. Avoid the directors; James Ryan & Sam Eustace like the plague if they ever do any business again. Will be taking legal action immediately.
