        Andrew is an unpleasant and rude person to deal with. Upon having issues and questions with his report in which he failed to spot a hole in our roof, he bluntly told me not to contact him again. He has zero interest in polite conversation, acts like a child when confronted with fair questions and concerns, and when asked for his insurance details he has so far refused to provide these. We have referred our case to RICS and Trading Standards.
