        cash machine never works ,when it does it takes half your money back in and takes full amount of cash out of your account.

        Are you sure you are running a business like this? that's not even half day's working. And the other branch closest this is in Sutton which has been closed for months.

        Opening times are so inconsistent. Went there on 07/12/21 and a paper on door said it will open again on Thursday? Just close the branch already as it's pretty redundant.

        Leaving this review, purely based on opening times, quite ridiculous, if you work full time and not in Banstead, but this is the nearest local branch. How are you supposed to get there 09.30 to 3pm? Plus no Saturday morning opening. HSBC doesn't have the facility to pay cash in via the outside dispensers. How are you supposed to pay cash in? Not good enough HSBC. Some people still do use cash!!!
