Just rubbish. Was asked by a temporary manager if I knew how to use the automatic deposit machine. Explained that I was aware but preferred to use a cashier window. She then told me she'd show me how to use the machine. No idea where it came from, but she became horribly rude in front of other customers, flexing her "managerial muscle", then told me to leave. Downright AWFUL. Completely needless abuse of a customer by someone who interfered without need only to escalate a small query into something truly disgusting. Don't bother going there, they're shut half the time and when they're open they're totally stressed out and unhelpful.

A family member had her card stolen a few months ago and the staff were great and efficient at organising a new one.
