        Ben and his team have been fantastic to work with particularly with the more complex fiddly bits like Planning Applications and Building Regs, we could leave all that to them to sort. We changed our minds a few times on design layout and Ben was extremely patient and most helpful with some better ideas. The CGA team run a slick operation from start to finish. It's most difficult these days to find decent people to deliver what they say they do - would highly recommend their services to anyone and would certainly use CGA again on another project.

        Ben and Team were fantastic throughout our very lengthy planning application process. When our 1st application was rejected, Ben was happy to take it to appeal and put forward an excellent case. This resulted in our decision being overturned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CGA.

        From start to finish Ben and his team led me through the stages of having my loft converted from start to finish. The plans/structural drawings all sent within time period agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any further home improvements I would need plans etc for! First class service throughout.
