Cherwell Windows

Phoned up to order a door they are advertising, promised me phone call back... 3 days later still no call back so decided to give my money to someone else who wanted it.

A year after ordering Internorm windows and 6 months after install and payment, we are still waiting for Cherwell to fit window cills. The windows are the wrong colour. One incorrectly sized window is only held in place with expanding foam. The back door is too stiff to open. A new garage roof was damaged on installation despite specific requests to protect it. Staff are all lovely to speak to but no action is being taken to resolve issues.

To the driver of Yp69klx who thought it was a good idea to cut me up on the m5 near Birmingham almost sending me and my kids Into the side of another vehicle and scaring the s**t of them I hope your company see's this and deals with you appropriately

We chased multiple times for our quote and were repeatedly ignore, we even emailed a manager back about how disappointed we were and we heard nothing back. I would recommend based in this

Very disappointed with my purchase of windows and sliding doors. They messed up the order and sent the wrong windowsills but it was too late as old windows had already been taken out. Windows not put together properly with missing screws on the security plates. Cherwell now avoiding my calls and emails and have blamed their supplier for the sub standard service and products. My advice is to avoid and spend your money with a decent company that stands by its products and doesnt blame others. Im actually now seeking legal advice to take them to the small claims court.
