        Van was clean in the cab but not in the back/box where I needed it to be because I was moving house, it was wet and muddy in the back so I spent quite a while drying out the area and then lining it with polythene before I could use it, all I got from the person when I returned the van is I'll get my cleaner's to take a look and clean it, no sorry or anything else.
