Maj. Boredom
We were given a two hour time slot for delivery, driver arrived half an hour over 2 hour delivery slot. At this time our office was closed and all staff had finished for the day. TWE had been informed about this before delivery. We were then charged again for a delivery the next day. TWE failed to keep to schedule and we paid for it. Poor service.
