        Repair service excellent, but disappointing to be charged for a repair needed before first use. TTi20 torque wrench purchased some time ago but never used until now when it was found cursor did not move (detached?). Repair cost a good percentage of a new one!

        I watched an audit of this place and it was very good. DJ Audits posted the audit on youtube. A worker there called Darren came across brilliantly and is a huge credit to the company.
