        I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Totally unprofessional! First of all, the reception lady cannot speak English well which causes confusion with communication. I have booked a massage for a friend 2 weeks ahead, her name has been noted down in a book and the visit has been paid in advance. When it came to the visit, she was refused as as she didn't have a voucher which I wasn't given by them in a first place! I called them trying to explain to lady poorly speaking English that her name is in their book and it has been paid, my friend saw that her name is there, but they kept saying they cannot accept her as he doesn't have a voucher. Receptionist took my number and promised the manager would call me back.. but guess what? Nobody called me back and when I tried to rang back they hang up on me. They basically removed my friend from site showing her the door. Not no mention the receptionist said "we can do you today but you need to pay". Ridiculous and unprofessional! This was supposed to be a nice gift.
