Called into shop today your manager Paul is always happy to sort my mobile or watch out ( which is often believe me) .we have been customers for 17 years or more and Paul and team always give outstanding customer service and always a happy ,warm welcoming atmosphere. We feel Paul has been the best manager we have dealt with to date , never talks down to us or makes us feel we or I not my husband are a nuisance. Always happy to explain anything to me .I would like to think he is given some sort of recognition for such outstanding service to customers Also welike the way he is and talks to his team. Very bad attention and unprofessional, they treated me with discrimination. They did not solve the problem I had and that is why I changed my operator. I recommend that you take a hospitality course!
