Rude drivers and very poor service : Their drivers are usually very rude and threatening to customers. They are very inconsiderate to customer and their situation and would force to pay by cash every time. Many a times, have been forced to give cash though their card readers are working. I strongly believe that they are doing this intentionally for their own tax saving purposes. Every time, the condition of car is filthy, stained and dirty seats. Such service should be reported to HMRC and taken immediate legal action.

Booked a car 24 hours in advance, didnt turn up, no communication saying the driver was late and missed my appointment. Dont rely on them to turn up if you have something important to get to.
