Water Babies Bucks, Beds & Northants

Stunned by how lovely the people at Water Babies are. I wanted to buy a gift voucher for a friend, and they not only put me together a physical gift voucher, but personally delivered it SAME DAY to my house! Not only that but they did it before they had even received payment as I'd entered my card details wrong, but seemingly cared more about making sure I had it for Christmas and trusted me to sort the payment. Water Babies gave us an amazing experience we're sharing in our family every single lesson, looking forward onto weekend to come quicker! Blessed with the group teacher and other members also! What a great bunch of swimmers! Atmosphere is always very pleasing, I suppose that's all about "sharing the happiness "! Spread the waves and splash safely!

Fantastic classes, fun and educational for baby and parent yes daddys are welcome too! Baby is so confident in the water unlike mummy who cant swim, but will learn now! The teachers are super friendly and well educated on water safety. Dont think twice sign up.

Water babies has been part of our lives since my first child started at 12 weeks in 2013. She continued on untill April 2017 completing all chapters and has become a confident and accomplished swimmer. I have now started Water babies again with my 13 week old son to find the service and teaching, if possible, even better! Its my favourite activity, lessons are clearly planned, fun, engaging and my son is gaining water confidence, skills for life and absolutely loves it! My teacher Teresa is kind, helpful and full of knowledge and tips to help me and my baby learn. She has a calming presence so even if he spends part of the session crying I feel calm and in control! The induction to sessions was seamless this time round. After calling to express interest in starting sessions I was given a full update and sent an information pack about my sessions with Ts&Cs. On our first day Jamie then met us at the pool 30 minutes before our session to talk the class through what will happen, how babies may react and to answer any questions. He also, to my delight, bought along a little goodie bag that included a lovely memory journal to update each week with stickers and information about my sons time at water babies and other goodies! Communication with the Waterbabies team has been outstanding, Iv never been left not understanding whats happening, Im consistently called back and even receive text message reminders. The service this team provide is like none Iv known and I would highly recommend to all that wish to teach their child a life skill and bond with them! Im really grateful to this team for a wonderful experience
