        Supplied two steel beams for our extension. The holes to bolt then together didnt line up so had to be drilled by my builder. They kept calling to arrange to quote for the stairs as I mentioned this work when they measured up for the steels.. I had the managing director Doug come out to measure up, but despite me repeatedly emailing him and phoning him to ask for the quote and him saying hed send it, a month later I still havent received anything. Trying to support a local business but why bother. Useless!!! Definitely steer clear.
